This can be made with canned sweet corn or fresh corn. I used fresh sweet corn but either works 🙂
Sweet Corn Butter Udon
Ending this short summer with delicious sweet corn butter udon. This can also be made year around but I love using fresh sweet corn.
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 4 oz corn
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt&pepper to taste
- 1 stalk green onion
- 7 oz udon
- Sauté the sweet corn in butter and garlic over medium heat until cooked.
- Add in the sugar, soy sauce, green onions, salt and pepper.
- Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the sauce reduces a bit.
- Toss in your udon noodles.
- Serve and enjoy!
