Is it a dessert or a drink? Maybe both! I’m gracefully savouring the last few days of summer with this.

Subak Hwachae (Korean Watermelon Punch)
Ingredients
- watermelon chunks
- watermelon juice
- sprite
- melon ice cream
Instructions
- Fill a cup with watermelon chunks. (Optional but delicious: freeze the watermelon chunks before you create your hwachae)
- Add 3 parts watermelon juice.
- Add 1 part sprite. You can adjust the ratios to your liking!
- Top with a scoop of melon ice cream.
- Mix and serve immediately.
